Written by Boston Globe reporter Maria Cramer and CBS producer Paul LaRosa, “Seven Days of Rage: The Deadly Crime Spree of the Craigslist Killer” takes a closer look at Philip Markoff, a man accused and awaiting trial for the robbery of Trisha Leffler and gruesome murder of Julissa Burman who was discovered in a pool of blood with a bullet through her heart. It is alleged Markoff committed both of these crimes after meeting both through the erotic-services section of popular website Craigslist. Quietly released just last week, the book has discovered some media attention thanks to extended TV news coverage of the case.
