Marvel no longer going to Disney?

Earlier this month it was announced that Disney would likely be buying Marvel for around $4billion in cash and stocks after the boards at both companies gave the go-ahead.  Unfortunately for Disney, this take-over could be harder work than they originally planned following reports such as this one from New York Times that Jack Kirby’s heirs have sent 45 notices of copyright termination to the majority of major Hollywood movie companies.  More news as the story unfolds (which could literally take years)…
